TOTE BAG PROMOTION

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility:
The "Bonus Tote Bag" offer is available to customers who make a qualifying purchase at a participating retailer during the promotional period. The confirmed list of retailers is found here. 

Qualifying Purchase:
To receive a free tote bag, customers must purchase Straight Rye Whiskey or Solera Rye from The Gospel Whiskey at the retailer in-store or online if the retailer allows.

Promotion Period:
This offer is valid from 21 October 2024 to 31 December 2024, or while supplies last.

Limited Stock
Free tote bags are available while supplies last. Once the stock is depleted, the promotion will end, and no further tote bags will be provided.

One Tote Bag Per Customer:
Each customer is eligible to receive only one free tote bag at a singular retailer, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made. 

Non-Transferable:
The tote bag is not redeemable for cash or store credit and cannot be exchanged for another product.

Returns:
All returns will follow the retailer’s return process. If a customer returns their order for a refund and the total value falls below the qualifying purchase amount, the tote bag must also be returned. If the tote bag is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

Changes to the Offer:
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. If we do this we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this page. In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Gospel Whiskey is final.
