Acide x The Gospel Rye Whiskey Bread & Butter Pickles

We worked together with Acide’s owner Jon Bussell to craft a rye whiskey pickle brine. The brine was then used to cover a mixture of crunchy Kirby cucumbers and a special blend of onions, mustard seeds and celery seeds creating the perfect balance of tangy, sweet and spice.
