Our pursuit of terroir led us to a biodynamic farm in Victoria's Wimmera region where regenerative practices have nurtured grain never before destined for whiskey. Biodynamic farming principles speak truth to our belief that soil and sky are reflected in flavour—and this limited release is a true testament to that conviction.

This grain arrived at our distillery carrying stories we'd never tasted before. Where our beloved Mallee rye speaks in bold declarations, this Wimmera expression whispers something different—a rich sweetness of toffee-like consistency emerges, with rye spice held in perfect restraint. Perfect for drinking under the stars.
