If the order is a gift, you must confirm that you and the recipient of the gift are both 18 years old or over. Alcohol can only be delivered to the gift recipient or a person who is of or over 18 years of age and present at the address provided and whose age must be verified by the delivery person by via an evidence-of-age document.

Should you make an error when ordering online, The Gospel will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us at hello@thegospelwhiskey.com. You are responsible for the additional postage charges. When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refund may take up to 2 business days.

The Gospel Distillers Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order, at which time the purchaser will be immediately notified by the email or phone number provided and a full refund provided using the original payment method.

The Gospel Distillers will endeavour to ensure products are delivered in a timely fashion. Generally goods will dispatch within 1-2 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment. We are unable to ship overseas and deliveries are made to addresses within Australia only.

The Gospel Distillers Pty. Ltd supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Good will not be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years old and proof of age documentation may be requested of the recipient upon delivery.

We do our best to ensure that items purchased get to you in a safe and timely manner, however if you receive any goods that have been damaged in transit please email us at hello@thegospelwhiskey.com within two days with photos of the issue and we'll coordinate a replacement.
