Flavour Notes
A Noisy Ritual Pinot Noir of cool red fruits, lemongrass, bay leaf, lean acidity and restrained tannins, is married with carefully selected botanicals.
Coriander, wattleseed and strawberry gum add a savoury spice while the ruby grapefruit, kaffir lime and lemon myrtle highlight the wines' citrus elements. Dried rose and violet petals in the Pinot Noir are amplified by chamomile and jasmine in the botanicals.
A nose of red currant, baked cherry, dried orange, sage, waxy lemon peel, warm baking spice and fresh cut flowers. Plush red fruits on the palate with a bittering, medicinal finish.
