Legacy stands as one of our most revered Project Releases — a distiller’s obsessive tribute to traditional rye whiskey.

This single-cask release builds on the original Legacy with the same marriage of grains: 63% unmalted Mallee Rye, 32% Australian Corn, and 5% Malted Barley. Matured for three years in a heavy-toast, medium-char cask, it draws depth from the rye’s spice, corn’s sweetness, and malt’s gentle warmth, all shaped by the oak.

Bottled near cask strength, Legacy is rich and complex, made for slow pours, quiet moments, and good company. Best enjoyed neat.
