PROJECT RELEASE WHEATED RYE

Our rye obsession has only a couple of times in history taken us down the wheated rye road. This Project Release is one of them – a harmonious chorus of grains sees the force of our signature Mallee Rye bridled by the softness of Australian Malt Wheat and the subtle sweetness of Crystal Wheat Malt.

Three years in a charred American oak barrel bring a touch of vanilla and notes of toasted timber. The nose is reminiscent of candied apples and cherry cola, and the palate is rich with allspice and nutmeg taking centre stage.

A bold yet composed whiskey, best shared with friends.
